Start my tax returnBack taxes can pile up for lots of reasons: self-employment income with nothing taken out, a W-4 set to too many allowances, or cashing out a 401(k) or other assets without knowing the tax that comes with it. It happens to good, hardworking people. We prepare current and past-year returns, help you catch up on unfiled years, and help you get back in compliance with the IRS and the state. No judgment, just a plan to get you squared away.
Catch up on back returnsPaycheck or bank account being taken by the IRS? We help with wage garnishment and bank levy releases: we pull your IRS records, prepare any missing returns, and prepare the financial paperwork the IRS asks for. Once the IRS agrees to release a levy, the release often happens fast, sometimes within hours. Every case is different and no result is guaranteed.
Get in compliance and get your garnishment releasedGot hit with an IRS penalty for filing or paying late? If you have a clean record for the past three years (no significant penalties), have filed all required returns, and have paid or set up a plan to pay what you owe, you may qualify for the IRS First-Time Abate penalty relief. One clean slip-up, not a lifetime ban. We pull your IRS records (with your signed Form 8821), check whether you qualify, and help you request the relief yourself. Ask about pricing in your free consultation.
See if I qualify for penalty reliefOwe the IRS more than you can pay? We review your income, expenses, and assets using IRS standards, show you which option fits (a payment plan, an Offer in Compromise, or Currently Not Collectible status), and prepare the paperwork. No result is guaranteed.

The name is a nod to the old Marine nickname, and to the work ethic that goes with it: show up, pay attention to detail, and finish the mission. You'll work directly with the owner, not a call center.
Reviews coming soon. We're a new business, so this space will fill with real reviews from real clients.
We serve clients throughout the Treasure Valley and across Idaho. We also work with remote clients, including in California.
There's no such thing. Up to 12 simple months is $1,500 flat. Bigger jobs are $175–$375 per month of records depending on volume, so whether you're three months behind or a few years, we'll quote it in writing and get you current.
A signed client agreement, read-only access to your bank and credit card accounts (or your monthly statements), and W-9s for any contractors you pay.
Invoices can be paid online by card or bank transfer. Bank transfers are free; card payments carry a 3% card fee. Monthly clients prepay at the start of each month by automatic payment, and catch-up jobs are half down with the rest at delivery.
Yes. We prepare individual and self-employed tax returns (Form 1040 with Schedule C, plus state), including for 1099 contractors and real estate agents. We handle current and past-year returns, and we'll help you catch up on unfiled years. We do not prepare corporate or partnership returns. If you need one, we'll keep your books clean and organized and hand them to your tax preparer. If you don't have a preparer, we're happy to refer you to a trusted firm with 25 years in business that handles corporate, partnership and other business returns. Individual returns start at $225 and self-employed returns at $425; past-year returns are the same price as the current year.
Yes. Garnishment and levy release help starts at $950. We pull your IRS records, prepare any missing returns, and prepare the financial paperwork the IRS asks for. Results depend on the IRS.
Often, yes. The IRS offers First-Time Abate penalty relief for failure-to-file, failure-to-pay, and failure-to-deposit penalties if you have a clean penalty history for the prior three years, have filed all currently required returns (or valid extensions), and have paid or arranged to pay the tax owed. We pull your IRS records with your signed Form 8821, check whether you qualify, and help you request the relief. It does not remove the tax itself, and the IRS makes the final call. Ask about pricing in your free consultation.
If your income only covers basic living costs, the IRS may put your account in Currently Not Collectible status, which pauses collection like levies and garnishments. Interest and penalties still keep adding up while it is paused. We prepare the financial forms the IRS needs to review your situation.
